large number of skillful doctors, including Dr. Nguyen Tai Thu, a world-renowned acupuncturist.
Many leaders and officials of foreign countries have been treated successfully by Vietnamese specialists in that Asian traditional medical

(*Author Note) As an aside, I lived in Vietnam for 2 years, my son was born there. I can tell you from
personal experience that
- A "VIP" Suite
- Cosmetic C-section
- 5 days in the hospital
- 2 private doctors
The entire child birth came to $300 USD. In the USA we were looking at routine delivery in the $12,000 to $15,000 price range.
I've also had dental care (routine) as well as oral surgery there. It was decent quality (almost 1st. world) clean, doctor spoke English, for
around $50.
